Product came in a nice package, sufficient enough to withstand normal shipment. It is a brand new product, no scratches or any other marks on the body. Just completed the trial run, no noise or vibration. Fully assembled grinder can be shifted easily as the weight is very less and it occupies less space on the kitchen table. Hence, can be permanently placed on kitchen table. Build quality is good. As it is fitted with induction motor with direct drive, energy consumption should be very less when compared to other conventional table top grinders.
