Certainly the best grinder we have bought till date! Probably 3 to 4 grinders so far being changed, before that we were using manual stone that's probably 20 to 25 years back! These grinders do give a life of at least 5 years, or we are forced to use it for that much period with adjustments/compromises & repairs :) Hoping that this will last for at least 8 to 10 years for its reputation and I know it depends on handling/luck as well (power variations, etc) But it does give a positive vibe! Only negative factors I can think about is the 2nd jar (middle size) should have been bit larger (probably the 1st jar (smaller one) should also have been bit more smaller. This would have given better comfort and more grinding options! OR they could have added easy exchange of blades (with taller blades that can cover bigger area). But I know frequent removal of blades can lead to more wear & tear.Anyways it is a good grinder overall and can be recommended because they probably give more emphasis on the quality & production rather than marketing & advertising!
