Not recommended at all - Disappointed

Very disappointed with the product delivered. Totally sub standard, I could not check it in India whether it works or not. When I brought it to USA, i plugged it in, the width of the pins were little smaller in the mixer and I had to struggle to get it in place. The cable looks poor quality. Now I ran the mixer a couple of times, used it to grind coconut for sambar. The third time, it stopped. I tried to plug it into another socket but still wont work. Now the entire effort in terms of buying and bringing for use here has been lost.
Also, when I first fixed the jar into the grinder, the handle just came off. I first panicked, but then inserted it back. The assembling is so pathetic.
The return period was just 10 days so I am stuck with three jars and unusable grinder machine which doesnt work. Would have bought a new one in USA which would have got me local warranty and no tension. I will never buy anything from flipkart.
Worst product. Cheater brand. Making money

Worst Product ever bought in my life from such a reputed brand. Brought the model meant to be used in North America and took it to Canada. Didn't work well... And next day stopped working... With smoke emerging out.... Was not expected from this brand... I now feel sumeet is a cheater... Will never recommend anyone... Was once a fan of this brand.... Worst product... Worst brand... Cheaters i must say. Never take the risk of taking this company's products abroad... Though they say they are specifically designed for abroad
