Today I got this mixer,it was noisy for the very first use and within a minute the plastic or fiber under the jar got melted..Even there is a scar on the base unit.What should I do now?Prestige is a good brand but what is this?Please don't fool people by your advertisements.Now what should I do with this mixer?Is there any return option?Kindly reply us ASAPI gifed this for my mom as mother's day gift Bt it is vainI would like to give no star for this,Bt there is no such option.Please do something with this mixer.

The finish of the body is not very good, especially the plastic. The lids of the all the jars came off very easily and did not have any vacuum when placed over the jar. Lids without clips generally require the user to place a hand over it when the mixer is in operation. But because these lids were unusually loose and did not have any suction, the user has to apply more pressure and cannot take the risk of not holding it, even if the quantity of the liquid inside is less. For the cost, maybe these standards should be expected but I have returned the product as I was not satisfied.

Stopped working exactly at 30 day end and you can't return. Cover is torn and looks too old. even the warranty card looks like a rs. 5 note. Now need to run for servicing. God knows what next.Waste of time n money to buy here. Other online vendors have cheap price.

Worst quality. Problem within Month of purchase.I hv thrown its box since i was beliving it is a "prestigious" brand. Now its nightmare to replace. It stopped today mirning before putting masala. I prayed God n shaked it for 5 minutes. It started afterwards. I dont knw how many days it wil work.I hope Amazon will give solution for my problem.9964246549

I would suggest you to not buying it. When i used for the first time, the jar and the grinder refused to fit. After a little struggle when it fitted and i used it. After using it, the refused to come up. When it came up, the blades were ragged.Overall i would suggest you that don't buy this product.
