The aesthetic quality is bad but hardware is good but, also makes a lot of noise. The plastic on caps are quite low quality also fits too tightly resulting in spilage while opening. All beauty but no brains. Not worth the money.

operationally - good outcome, makes nice chutneysa bit noisy. not a quality design feels plasticky. but jars seems good in design and quality, and without usual bottom gaskets where stuff gets stuck.smelly rubber parts, (you can feel as soon as you open the closet).

We just opened the mixer and surprised that basic things like the jar and lid do not close properly. How do you use the mixie if you are unable to close jar???The quality of grinding is sub par to say the least compared to even most basic non branded mixie available in market.We were unable to return as we opened package after the 2 weeks delivery window but would certainly not recommend to anyone.
