Threading of wheel keeps going bad

Writing this review after almost 2 years. The Mixer is good but it has one basic flaw. The rotating wheel or contraption at bottom of Jars is of poor quality. The new chutney jar had issue with in week and service guy replaced it but now it has gone bad again. It could be matter of just few Rs to fix it but getting support would be issue.
