Three month it's Good. After three month stop working. One year warranty, It is fake, customer care doesn't pick up call and no any response of complain on mail. Even they can offer you life time warranty because there service center doesn't work . It's completely fake. Never go with this product. They are making you fool. If you look inside the machinery. It can be assemble in 500/- to 800/- rupees only in India. it's not deserve any star.

Good machine, works well...but Cheap plastic for the jar. Besides Jars are small. In main big jar u cant put more than 250 ml milk for milk shake. Cap is so cheap plastic and weak to feel That u will hav to be cautious when tightning it before starting machine. U would always b afraid That u might crush That jar Cap..a bit costly for its quality, I bought it for Rs. 1650 in lightning deal...... But delievery was quick so i would give amazon 5 star for it.

My niece is an electronic engineer. When he opened up. It was all machine. I really felt that I was cheating. So please don't buy from seller. They are not accountable at all.

Bad Product, Worst Service.

The Product is not durable, the machine stopped working 5-6 Month of Usage. BMS Lifestyle has asked us to ship the product to their address for repair, they are not returning it. It has been 4 Months now we have been following up with them. We wrote email to Amazon. Amazon is also not interested in talking to us asking us to contact the BMS lifestyle for warranty and any further queries, stating once the product is sold it is not their responsibility anymore.

Bought the product after reading good revirws. Have had bad experience. The machine makes a lot of nice, water leaks through the jar. The blades are sharp. But what’s the use if the machine gives up after 20 uses. After sales service is pathetic.
