There is a bad batch of this product that is making its round in which the fuse stops working with the first few uses.If you are lucky and this happens within the so-called amazon "return-window" then you can have the product replaces. If not, then you will have to go through the head-ache of contacting Morphy Richard's Customer-Service to have it fixed.I purchased this on 29th May 2017. The product was delivered on 2nd June.I did not use it until 1st July. After the first pre-heat, followed my a 10 minute baking, we wanted to reduce the temperature and bake for another 10 minutes. At this point, the oven refused to turn on. The power light and heating were not working.I contacted Morphy Richard's customer service to schedule a repair.Then I came on amazon to start reading the reviews on the product and see if anyone else had this problem.To my surprise, SO MANY customers have complained about the same problem during the months from may-july.Clearly cloud-tail is selling a bad batch. And both the seller and amazon are HIDING behind their "return-policy" when clearly they know they are dispatching damaged goods to the customer.1 star(because thats the least I can give. The product that I got as well as the apathy that amazon is showing deserves NO STARS or in fact NEGATIVE STARS).DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ON AMAZON. Go somewhere else, where there are less chances of you getting a defective product.
HAPPY WITH PRODUCT & AMAZON PRIME BUT NOT PACKING

I ordered the product on 11th Feb morning and the product was delivered on 12th Feb afternoon. Let me say its awesome to get the product delivered next day. Thanks to Amazon prime. I definitely recommend people to enroll for Prime service. Coming to the product, The OTG delivered looked new and Fresh. I used it and found it very easy to operate. Murphy Richards is the Brand which is definitely good to go for kitchen appliances. However, I was not happy with the packing stuff. The otg had two layer cartoon packing and the second layer had no seal/ taping which was surprising. Also, Inside of the cartoon I found things to be little messy & was looking like an already opened one. I expected to be a proper sealed pack cartoon which wasn't. Though it did have all the accompanied parts & nothing I found was missing. But other than that everything was satisfactory. Hope the product fairs well with the time.

Pathetic product.....I ordered a new oven....but it stopped working on the first go itself, I thought it was a one off incident, so I ordered a replacement, but the replacement too stopped working on the first use itself....pathetic product......I urge buyers not to considered Morphy Richards for other oven

The product is not working at all. There is a very small window to return the product on Amazon, only a weeks time. We tried using the product much later and it did not start. The person who came for demo later told that he can;t open the product because the complaint we lodged gets closed automatically. Was totally surprised, how could they close it without any closure report. You do not receive any sms for the complaint lodged. I have again lodged the complaint 2 days back and have not received any response yet. Pathetic service.
