Finally i decided to write a review, Guys this is a honest reviewI suffered a lot, and finally decided to write a review for them, i hope it might help someone to avoid being scammed.For you convenience i'll write names and numbers .1: Product Quality: Lower half good, upper half is cheap plastic material.2: Water Quality: 275 PPM (parts per million, impurity content) on their meter when they installed, which should be 70-75 . While in my area its hardly 500-600 without RO which is very good.3: Equipment Durablity: It's been just 15 days, my RO machine just gave up, and is now Malfunctioned. So you can guess the Quality of internal materials.4: Someone pointed out Acidity problems, yes i confirm i too feel same and so is my wife.5: After sales Service: Really pathetic, they don't even have mentioned customer care number on website, somehow i found it, but technician dint visit me, i hardy live some 10-15 Km away from their head office, i can understand if they cant serve me , then what others who live far must be experiencing, for me it's been a week that i am constantly calling them, but no one paid any heed to it. Only Fake Promises.VERDICT:in one word: They Suck.
