This product is absolutely GENIUNE and after fitting this to my RO , water tastes better and has a sparkling clean look. I chose this brand because the manufacturer has mentioned the adsorption rate of the carbon used (I V is 1200 approx). I V stands for iodine value which gives the quality of carbon granules used, usually other carbon filters have I V as 800 or even less which means that the carbon used is not of a very good adsorbent.In this filter, carbon granules are almost full while other filters are just about 70% full, which indicates in this filter you get more activated carbon granules which will make this filter last for a long period.Above all it is NSF certified product which gives you the peace of mind about the safety of water you are drinking as the plastic used in this filter is 100% pure FOOD GRADE plastic. I have taken time to write this review just as i am buyer like everyone else here but before i buy any product i thoroughly verify the specifications of the product especially if the product is concerned with health aspects ( eatable or drinkable concerned products). My advice to other buyers is Go for it without any second thought. Thanks to Amazon and their Staff. Thanks.

Good product,can not be tested for quality.Trust is the game.I replaced this cartridge for Tata RO + UV.Only problem I faced was it's thickness;which was more then my present cartridge.Need little slimmer cartridge.Anyhow served the purpose.

Purchased whole kit for service but sediment filter and carbon filter got leakage when installed.Amazon replaced free of cost but again got leakage in carbon filter.Should we go on and go on replacing the filters.I am annoyed.
