Speaking about packaging, It contains the headphone obviously and it also comes with a good quality carrying pouch.It has flat wires so that it doesn't get entangled. The headphone is very light in weight and it has awesome looks. The cups cover the ear properly so that you get a bit of noise reduction as well. It has a very good 3D sound and the clarity is also awesome . Its good to buy in this range as compared to Altec Lansing MZX656 or any of the headphones lets say any model of Sennheiser or sony. I am giving four star because the built quality could have been improved.PS I bought it for 2800
