Met all expectations
By Ramachandran Eswaranon
I was looking for in the ear phones for running. What I needed were phones that wouldn't budge a centimetre, let alone fall out.
Fit:
These are perfect for finicky fidgety people who want a perfect comfy and snug fit.
Audio quality:
Good for the price, nothing more, nothing less.
What you will like:
The clip and extension cable make it versatile. You can have the player in your waistbelt, pocket, armband, wherever, but you will have enough slack in the cable.
Decent sound, horrible fit, good cables
By Aadhaar Vermaon
I don't like these earphones. They don't fit in my ears properly and my ears start feeling uncomfortable within 10-15 minutes. By the 30-40th minutes of use, I have to remove them since the uncomfortable feeling transforms into pain. However, the build quality is excellent - these cables can take a lot of pulling and snagging without any visible harm. However, I do not understand why the one of the cables has to be a foot longer than the other - it is irritating when excess cable simply hangs around and swaying when I am running on a treadmill.
The earphones don't isolate very properly. The sound quality is decent and is comparable to the other earphones in the price range but is below par than the costlier Sennheiser Sports (PMX-680).
Regret this buy .
By Vignesh Jayakumaron
This is one headphone purchase I regret . It's not horrible , it is water proof and shit but the sound quality is sub par . The sound is just too bright and dominated by highs . Bass is present but it's just overpowered by the highs . Slightly better after burning them in but still not what isn't what is expected from a 2k earphone . You really need to tweak that EQ to get a good result . Hopefully I won't notice while i'm jogging ! sigh !
Audio Technica ATH-CKP500 -- Comfortable Waterproof IEM
By Ganesh Karthickon
These are IPX5 certified waterproof earphones which comes in handy for Gym and casual joggers. The best budget sports IEM under 2k.
Sounds is really good for a IEM under 2k.
Bass heads should look elsewhere.
only cons i can think of is
* No case to carry them
* No Inline remote & Mic
Great Sports Earphones
By Prashant Pareekon
Above average sound but great great fit due to the unique shape of the earbuds. No chance that these can fall off from your ears or become loose while running. Has a joint in the middle through which you can halve the length which helps prevent tangling when exercising. Being waterproof (sweatproof) is a very useful feature as well. If you are going to sit and listen through these, they aren't the best option at this price point but if you are going to run/cycle, nothing beats these!
