Bought this approx 3 years ago from their offline dealer. The fan stopped working and they replaced it without a question. Didn't even ask for the bill. No questions. Just sent a replacement after a single email.The fan is a godsend. Such a fine control over the speed, low electricity usage, zero hum on a square wave. Only issue seems to be the design of the driver which failed due to overheating. Hopefully this has been resolved in the last three years.

Pros 1)No Regulator needed, Though, we still connected it via Regulator (We keep the regulator at max posn) as the old fan wiring was already in place 2)Has Remote, fits in a palm of the hand, Kids have fun playing. Also it means no need to hunt the regulator in the middle of the night. 3) Uses BLDC Technology, So great efficiency, Consumes 35W v/s regular fans which consume 70W (though they are 4 times the regular fan price, compare 3200 v/s 900) 4) Comes with 3+2 = 5 years warranty. 5) Has LED based Logo on the center of the fan, showing various speeds. So it blinks 5 times when at speed 5 and so on. 6) Got 20% instant discount on Credit Card via Snapdeal. Cons 1) Colour Options not available on Sanpdeal. Had to buy White 2) Remote has Up/Down Arrow buttons for speed step up/down. But dont work. 3) Remote has fuzzy logic function, where Fan steps up/down the speed but we find it annoying. Need to observe more. 4) There is a steady sweeping noise from the fan at higher RPMs. So its not a silent fan 5) The initial 3 speeds (1,2 and 3) are very low steps, for a sultry summer of Mumbai, one is forced to use Speed 4 and 5 mostly. I'll experiment removing the regulator and checking if speeds 1,2 and 3 offer better RPMs. Overall, I am happy with the buy. Have already placed another order on Sanpdeal for 2nd Fan.
