Heyy plss my dear friends dont buy this kettle. ......actually i thought skyline company is good.....but i realised how irresponsible they are.......the lid was brocken wen i got the product....n iam damn sure tht before reaching me my courier was opened .....becoz the packing was teared. ........n even the brocken peice wss not there inside the kettle...n thus i understood tht it was brocken before packaging. ...a fault from company or it was opened somewer else that thy removed the brocken peice frm the box......see i ordered this kettle once..... i got a low quality product i rreturned itt"THEY APOLOGISED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.(..n i got the refund again i ordered for the kettle.....CARTZILLA was d distribitors .... even the second tym i got the damaged product....hiw irresponsible u ppl are to send all those materials which are damaged. ...we costumeers are not foools or jobless see all ur craps okey......u flipkart authorities dont have any responsibility to check all this shit before packing n confirm that the crap is workin and it is not damaged.......wat do u ppl think of us ...the costumers,,,,,,, tht we will always keep quite....oh no....sure iam going to upload this in all social mediasss...... will c d consequences of public opinion. .... wen i called customer service thy are like we dont hav any return policy......we cant exchange the product ...see u ppl have somch return policies and stuff...wat u ppl don't hav any such policies towards us......if u r being irresponsible even then we have to accept ur demand...wtf......i will go to consumer court....becoz cheating once is oky but not twice that too on the same product n same company. ...it is mere negligence. ...and im not the only person to gt cheated like dis... still flipkart didn't rectify...thy dont even give a damn...if u ppl cant do it with proper responsibility please do understand this not ur cup of tea.....JUZZ QUIET. .............n iam giving one str over here bcoz it cant be done witht that....n iam sure this is d problem wth the or sellers. ...becoz i hav seen the packing of skyline kettle of 1.7 litre ftm other sellers ....i think titrawada not sure. .....there was even huge airbags two prevent the kettle from damage. .....n in this der was not even a basic sponge which everyone keep fr formality atleast ...the problem is with the distributors or sellers... told i dont want refund bcz i hav already received refund fr the frst kettle i ordered. ...still even fr the second one they hav d same problem. ...i wanted it to be replaced. .....BUT THAT OPTION IS NOT THERE IT SEEMS...thus is not about a kettle this is about the trust. ...... irresponsibility. ..how can u ppl cheat the common ppl lke dis ....realllly welldone guys.....this product was supposed to b delivered on oct 3 but thy texted tht thy will deliver it on 1st oct...but bcz there was no range i couldn't get their call...it was out fr delivery.....but then undelivered. ..aftr tht i got it on 3rd oct.....if a product is undelivered how can u ppl open it befor re attempting atleast thrice if the cash is paid fr the object already......how can u distrtbutors or sellers open the company packing before reaching the correct person. .....ANYWAY GOOD GAME WELL PLAYED..?U PPL ARE EXCCELLEENT N JUZZ AWSME...
