Ok...I dont think this product even needs a review, its actually that good :)Anyways, there's an option to review, so I thought to do one specially for those who are still unaware of this miraculous time saving product.Six years ago, I bought this rice cooker from flipkart and gifted this to mom from my 1st month salary. Trust me when I say its still working "good" :) . Mom still cooks rice in this 2times a day * 365 days a year :)..so, basically, this product has not disappointed us in past 6 years even with continuous usage. Rice gets cooked in around 20-25mins. Moreover, its very easy to operate& easy to clean; even a kid can operate this very safely.Friends, u can go for this product blindly. Specially working women will love it I am so sure. Busy moms, bachelors will also love it.Anyways, this time i bought it for a colleague of mine and gifted her the same. And shez totally loving it. :)
Using this same model for 5 years, and works flawlessly without any complaints and repairs.

Way better than other brand cookers (I have bought Bajaj RX5 prior to this and returned it because of a mal-function with in 10 days). I have been using my friend's cooker (same model) since 5 years, and not even a single repair and works flawlessly. Taking the exact same time to cook rice since 5 years. I am buying this because just separated from friend and shifted to another city.
Does The Job Pretty Well

Works well. Make sure to eat the rice before 15-20 minutes from the time of automatic switch off else the rice loses moisture and becomes a little coarse. Not so bad though, still eatable. If you don't want this coarse thing to happen and want your rice to be warm 2-4 hours hence, go for the 'keep warm' functioned cookers, they have an 'H' in their product name. Thank you Amazon for delivering the product 2 days prior to the expected delivery date. My mom is very happy.
The other one I was looking at was from Bajaj but that was not available on Cloudtail in the time period I needed this Anyway I would recommend this one to everybody

Got the product delivered next day with original company packaging. Used it immediately. Works as advertised. No issues. Went with this one even though it is costly compared to prestige because it lasts longer and is Made in India. All prestige ones I looked at seemed to be imported directly from China and seems to be having problem after couple of years. Panasonic lasts 8-10 years and seems to have less issues. The other one I was looking at was from Bajaj but that was not available on Cloudtail in the time period I needed thisAnyway I would recommend this one to everybody. will update feedback if I find any problems in future
Does what it is built to do

Quality build, tried different types of rice - in any case cooks rice to the correct consistency. Does what it is expected to do without a lot of fuss. This product does not have the warmer option but this in any way does not decrease the value it brings for the price.
