The fryer is good for frying at constant temperature . The indicator switches off on reaching the desired temperature.I fried french fries and it came out well. Overall it's a nice product to fry food whenever you want. And most importantly without burning the oil as its heats it and not burns the oil. so I would definitely recommend this deep fryer .

It is not a air fryer, neither it cook with minimum oil. It is mentioned in the description that "it makes it possible to enjoy healthier versions of your favorite foods by frying them with a tablespoon or less of oil", but in reality there is a minimum and maximum oil level marked inside the bowl. I poured about 500 ml of oil and it was far below the minimum level. If you manage to cook with a low level of oil, the vegetables not immersed in oil will not be cooked properly. Most importantly, the instruction manual is vague. Parts of this instrument has not been shown in the manual. There is a nonstick bowl but is not detachable. I dont know why Detachable Oil Tank mentioned in the product description. Cleaning the cooking bowl will be a problem if it is not separable. Nothing mentioned about its cleaning in the manual. But the good thing is the Aluminum net basket works. After cooking you can drain the oil. If any one buy an ordinary Aluminum net basket with handle from market, fry food items within the net basket immersed in oil in a regular cookware and drain oil after cooking, it will be the same.

What a good looking product! Really pleasing to the eyes and as advertised, has a cool touch body. Made french fries. Just poured 1kg oil packet and it was more than enough to fry enough potatoes for fries for a family of four. Fries from 4 large potatoes can go into the basket at one time. The mechanical timer is extremely useful and the fryer cooks the item as specified by the timer. Great fun to use! Only reason why I have deducted 1 star is because the bowl is not detachable, so it can be a little fiddly to pour out the oil after use. It's working fine now. Can't say how long it will perform, but excellent value for money. Just go for it!
