Why do you guys do this to us ? U know its difficult to repack and send it back for replacement.
This is seriously not acceptable.
The Cooker Lid is not compatable with the cooker. Tried all ways but its clearly bigger than the mouth of the cooker.
I ordered seeing the brand Hawkins and its genuine quality. But supplying defective one is not at all acceptable.
Above all the lid itself has a dent.
Now what should I do ? This is suppose to be a gift for a house warming ceremony and again we are at the receiving end when we order kitchen item online . :(
Big dimple at the bottom bend!

The cooker had a depression at the bend near the bottom of about an inch which could be felt from inside too , although the box showed no hit marks, meaning thereby the product was not damaged during transit, but a defective product was packed and sent. I committed a mistake of not re-packing straightaway and someone from the house hold not noticing the defect poured little water in it and tested it for pressure and whistle! This created some black marks on inside of the lid and at the water level in the vessel.Don't commit this mistake if you are an honest person.So I am now going to keep it.

Very Simple to use , i bought it with embessy separator to cook rice daal , it takes hardly 30 min without any shortcuts , delievery was good but the manufacturer forgot to keep opposite side small handle , i will buy it from local shop btw , but the seller should remember it next time , otherwise all good i am satisfied.

This was a gift to my mom.We've been using Hawkins's Pressure Cooker's for the longest time and we still love it.It's sturdy and heavy like it's supposed to be.Value for money.P.S - This is a Tall Type Pressure Cooker i.e. it's not wide and broad.

Its Hawkins, what else is there to say about it, the cooker is worth every penny, it's aluminum so it doesn't burn your hands relatively as much when compared to a steel cooker. The quality of material is good.The only little disappointing thing with mine was the rubber was a tad loose when delivered, it keeps off falling, but it can be changed.I say, go for it, it's Hawkins.
