well truly speaking i m not a computer expert but since i had internet i wanted to learn More by using it complete ly . i had a problem of wifi connectivity .. i was trying my best to solve it but one day online i was able to get the solution once for all.. i got the answer with this repeater.. i called up my friend who is computer expert but he himself was not aware of it..so i read details of the product and got it .. i install ed it on my own ..though not a computer expert but now i m able to use wifi where ever i want ...

Works ok. Doesn't have scheduling option or option to choose channel on the main page. Every time my router restarts, I need to restart repeater as well. Else it works ok. Buy if price is really the factor. Cant go wrong. But if you can spend and looking for long term solution maybe give it a skip. Another pain is no option to check for updates in firmware.

I ordered this product through FlipKart & the order was delivered in 4 days. Thanks to FlipKart! I have installed this product at home (2 storeyed house) to extend the WiFi range. I have a BSNL broadband & using D-Link modem. The signal was strong in one storey & weak in the other one. I read the other reviews of this product & immediately ordered it. Flipkart delivered it within the time promised! Configuration: If you follow the procedure mentioned in the manual, the installation is hassle-free. But it requires you to have little knowledge on your current modem configuration done on the WiFi router. In my case, the WPS option was disabled in the modem & hence auto configuration of WPS on the repeater was not working. I had to do some work arounds & spent some time debugging the problem. Finally found out this was the issue & after this the configuration went smoothly. I have installed the repeater in the other storey now & able to get good signal there as well. An awesome product!

Digisol Repeater is such a fine product with easy setup and connectivity..just press a button on the repeater and its done...even if you switch off the repeater or the power cuts off...it doesnt forget your router and connects automatically whenever its switched on or the power resumes. The product is a good quality repeater function and amplifies signal pretty well. If you are not getting good wifi signals to the corners of your house..get digisol repeater and plug it in the middle of the house..it will send signals to all those corners very easily and steadily.. For..Flipkart..u were as usual awesome with the product quality and the fast shipping..just 2 days..Thank u so much.

Bought this to use as a repeated in my in-law's house. BUILD The size is not big and when plugged into the wall socket it did not affect other switches. The construction is solid and it has the Ethernet socket in one side, the REPEATER-AP mode selector switch on other side, and the power switch at the bottom. CONNECTING AS A REPEATER First, set the side switch to REPEATER mode. Second, press the WPS switch in your WiFi router, and then press the WPS switch in this device. It takes one or two minutes to get connected and when WPS successfully connects the SIGNAL LED goes ON. Thats it. STABILITY No connection drops, speed as good as the base Wifi router. Watching youtube videos or connecting to your office VPN is as good as connecting to your base Wifi router. CONS I dont see any cons, but the unit gets hot after a while. But considering the build quality, I think this will withstand the heat and last long without any issues.

I was not getting WiFi signal in my room which is in the first floor at my two storied residence. The router I use is ASUS DSL N10S which is stationed at the ground floor. I purchased this Digisol repeater and it was delivered ahead of the schedule. I paired the repeater with my router through LAN cable (WPS was not working in my router). Paring was very easy and user friendly if we had given a glance over the installation steps. Now I am getting full signal strength in my room and I am just plugging the repeater anywhere in my home where i wanted to use wifi (except near my router where I can directly connect to the router itself). I am fully satisfied with this device. The only con I can say is it takes 30 to 60seconds to start transmitting the WiFi signal after turning ON the device.

The worst product bought till now. I have only used it in the repeater mode and not used other two modes. 1. If the main router is done a power on/off (in india there is power fluctuation which can switch off the router, or due to any other reason for eg : you may switch off the router during the night) the repeater stops working, you need to do a factory reset (no, just a reprogramming wont work) and then reprogram it. Here in this case the repeater shows the signal light (orange LED) and it even provides an IP address to the devices but somehow it does not work, you cannot access the internet now and need to do a factory reset and reprogramming. 2. If you are sitting at a place which has both the main router coverage and the repeater coverage, it does not work properly, gets sort of confused and toggles in between router and repeater where as in the ideal situation it should seamlessly switch to the stronger network but this does not happen. 3. The range is not what it claims, my home is 1500sq.ft apartment and this fails to provide coverage at the other corner, I have tried this for laptop, mobile and even a wi-fi dongle. I bought this reading the reviews that it supports area of around 3000sq.ft but in reality I didn’t find it to be true. 4. Even more pathetic is the customer care, I am yet to receive the reply to the mail that I have sent. 5. Power plug pin is not proper, this is mentioned by I guess everyone who has written the review so far, I am not sure whether it is so difficult to make pins which fit properly a standard Indian socket. Pros : 1. Good packing and on time shipment, the typical flipkart :) 2. Quite easy to program, 3. Looks good, does not look like some cheap product. Flipkart please let me know can I return this product and ask for a refund as this does not delivers what it claimed, I am not sure whom to approach as the service center is not interested to support, I even doubt whether this company has a service center. I am providing one start, this is purely for flipkart for seamlessly handling the logistics.

I used it and I got a cd with it but no setup file.Thats the basic thing but got missed.I already have a digisol wifi router and I bought this to avoid any compatibility issues. But when I googled the setup all the videos have 2 different routers. In my case I have both as digisol. SO very confusing for me to setup this extender via LAN of my original digisol router.Need desperate help on step by step to setup this extender to my primary digisol wifi router via LAN cable.

Have two of these extender, easy to install and if one has an issue could call digisol customer services on a toll free number they will guide you. Have a huge house with stone walls and it works perfectly , able to stream videos and chat on face time, Skype and whats app calls. what more can one ask for
