I Brought this blender, thinking that as usual flipkart will provide good service and dilver the product in excellent shape and condition. However what i recived was an opened and stolen product, Just not what i was expecting, the seller claims to be associated with phillips India, but is actually selling broken, used and opened products, the packaging is tampered, opened. The product i recived was not working, post which the seller refused for returns. and phillips india said that as the product is imported it may take weeks or months to replace it and that too without any etended warranty. So in all trusting the good name of flipkart i brought the product, got a defective, Opened, and Used Product ( Probably Stolen as was told by a philps india repersentative), without the invoice, after flipkart intervention the product was given to philips for repairing without any timescale, as Such my only peice of adivce If buying from flipkart - Make sure the seller is WSReatail, if buying from any other seller like VIshaals you may end up with a stolen Product.

I bought this product with great enthusiasm and was very happy to receive it. The excitement ended with first use of product. The fully charged motor cannot even chop a single onion/tomato. Either it is a design flaw or a sheer manufacturing defect. Horrible experience till now. I have asked for a return/refund and waiting for flipkart to reply. My advice - please dont buy it.
