Pros: 1. Product Quality is great 2. The whisk attachment gives stiff peaks of whipped cream within 2 min easily 3. The dough knead attachment gives super soft and fluffy dough but takes a little longer Cons: 1. Slightly on the heavier side. It doesn't matter while using for whisking. But it is too heavy to knead dough. 2. There is no slow speed mode. So you cannot directly start mixing flour and water without making a mess. Only way to use is by mixing with hand initially and then kneading with the machine to get fluffy soft dough. If price is not an issue definitely go in for the M700 model with the bowl and stand mixer attachment as it is definitely heavy to use for long period of time. This product is not refundable so sadly I couldn't return this and buy the M700 model instead.

the product is made in china, there is no specific website of company for Indian market, i didn't find the product on any official website of Black and Decker. the product is imported from china by some Bangalore firm-----This all make doubt on the quality of material. Warranty will be provided by local service center if u will call them, list is given on website mentioned on warranty card. packaging was not good by flipkart and manufacturer(importer) both. Very late delivery from same city. Look- Seems ok but no comparison with Phillips. Power- Good (300 W) material- average Switching button- poor quality very tight. power Plug is made for china- one adapter is provided for Indian sockets beaters and dough hooks are not of very good quality seem other products to observe the difference. also dough hooks are having less helical. power card is 1 m, rather 10 m as mentioned on website. seems smaller if power socket is Little away. ************************************ Pay little bit more and purchase better product.
