Here is another excellent work by Jeffrey Archer. He is the master of short stories.. The portrayal of the story is interesting. Those who have read Kane and Abel may find it closer to that. Somewhere the story seems like Kane and Abel-type story. It’s a story of a lifelong battle between two newspaper tycoons, T Armstrong and Townsend. The author has tremendous knowledge on human nature and business tactics. This can be seen in the texts in novel. The story is fast paced and entertaining. Jeffrey Archer is a great story teller who keeps the reader gripped. Very enjoyable read.
