Product is awesome but in case of instalation tata company response is not upto the mark, with in 48 hr your installation will done according to tata but its not true they will make you wait for 3 or 4 day for this. Self installation is not so easy for this product you have to follow user manual but i recommend for tata company's technician for installation.

Experienced a fantastic service from Snapdeal as well as Tata Swach... received product little late due to courier service delay but it was not a fault of Snapdeal so i want to rate them with 4 Stars. Tata Swach executive also reach to my address on time which is satisfactory but after installation of RO my Tap started leaking (socket got broken) still i want to give them 4 star because RO is very good and tata swach field executive was very polite.

Excellent product at good price. Adaptor plug, circuitry, got damages in transportation. Better ro product from tata clearing 2000 tds. Our tds value of water is 750 max recorded n we r getting good water quality under 80tds. Best suited for borewells n tankers. Similar products cleans only upto 1800 tds. Moreover usa standards ro membrane, installation n 2 services free makes product a steal.

This one worked for just two months and i could see lot of particles floating in water and water quality is poor. Also after two months of usage purification time aken is way too high compared to the newly installed one. First of all i had a night marish installation experience after calling umpteen number of time after 10 days of purchase technichian(half baked) showed up. He did a mediocore rather poor installation next day connecting pipe from the main line was broken and my house was filled with puddle of water. I had to frantically run beside my work schedule to buy pipe and fixed it with local plumber. Now after two months this one started showing its true color, lots of small particles are coming from the filtered water i'am not sure if it is safe to drink called the customer care 8 days ago to fix this issue.Still no proper response either from Tata or from the service center. Based on my experience please stay away from this one.

water purifier is fine but one drawback there is continuous water wastage that is normal with RO .. when water filters the unfiltered water is drained out so there is wastage of water. You need to keep a bucket in your kitchen and outlet water pipe attached to bucket so that the waste water can be collected and used for floor cleaning or washing clothes.. Just think before you buy if you can afford the hassle of collecting the drained water. Otherwise product and water is good.and TATA trust always wins over other RO in market.

Nothing special about this RO, but has a defect of water leakage. The technicians are not well trained (at least it seemed so). I purchased this RO and got is installed after a month due to shifting and now, I have the leakage problem from the unit. I should have got it installed within a month; I could have returned the unit. Yes, their customer service is good and fast though. My advise to Tata will be to get some trained and experienced technicians...
