PROS: good build, looks good too. just need to plug the usb. no 3.5mm jack required. on-board vol up,down and mute. Cons: VERY VERY low sound. no turn off switch. need to unplug the usb. just more than a laptop sound. some laptops may have better audio. its not enough to watch movies. though 70% movies i tried to test were audible enough just to hear the dialogues and very low sound effects, other failed very poorly. E.g Don (2006) original DVD i tested failed very badly. 320KBPS mp3 files played decent enough though. i brought these speakers mainly to view Animation And VFX related video tutorials. hence worked for me. Luckily!!! (LOL) i planned to gift another pair of this to my dad to watch movies. but not now. i already ordered Zebronics 2.0 Multimedia Speaker S500 (Black) (1 qty). its 3Wx2W. should be better i guess for my dad. i will soon post its review soon too.

I bought these speakers a month ago and I'm very impressed with the sound quality of these tiny speakers. I bought these speakers for my dad who does not listen songs very loudly and they're lot better than the earlier ones I had. Pros: 1. Very clear sound if not used on very high volume. 2. Portable at some extent. 3. USB, so no sound drivers are needed. 4. Well shielded and causes no disturbance due to cellular devices around. Cons: 1. Full volume not high enough. 2. Plastic buttons in the front vibrate creating some unwanted noise.(I had to apply a cellotape over it to fix it) 3. These are USB speakers, so you can't use the sound driver software which came with the motherboard. You can't even use any Internal/External sound card. 4. Looks very big in picture than they actually are: Smaller speakers can be good if you're looking for portability, but are also the reason for low volume of these speakers. These speakers are dirt cheap and made by Logitech which makes it worth every penny. I recommend it to anybody who wants a good quality speaker but is okay with low volume of the speakers.

Let me start with disclaimer that I havent purchased this through flipkart, but got it as a gift. I felt my experience with this speakers will help others to make a smart choice. Pros: Small, light-weight and USB powered. No need for drivers in Windows/Ubuntu Cons: Peak power output is sub-standard There is no much control for speaker level bass/treble I started using this speakers as I felt playback from my laptop was not much audible(considering ever increasing noise level in Bangalore). But this speakers are no much help to me, as it doesnt provide any better experience than built-in speakers of my laptop. If you want a better speaker, then you need to look for something else. If you just need a speaker, you can consider this as well.
