I bought this product with some apprehension as there were not many reviews for this product and the service networked looked limited. A friend of mine also suggested that 750 W toasters may not create a very crisp sandwiches. However I am happy now as I found the product as I expected.I tried Sandwich, Grill and Waffles and all came out as expected. It made well grilled items in about 2-3 minutes.The only con I can think of as of now is that it comes with European type 3 pin plugs. It is not a big deal, but in some of the plugs, you may require an adapter (easily available in all electric shops)

Bought in September 2016, but in Dec it stopped working suddenly while making sandwiches. Ask the electrician to repair it. However the connections and wires are intact but the coil has gone. Since the coil is burnt than it is difficult to replace it. And the company would take months to supply and will cost at half the price of new one. Those in India buy royalty of famous Russell Hobbs however sell sub-quality goods or rejected foreign goods those that have not passed the quality control in USA or Europe. Shame on Russell Hobbs name brand.

This product is warranted for 2 years, it has stopped working in 1 year and 10 days, The All India Customer Care guy when called says that since it was not purchased through GRYPHON APPLIANCES LTD. in New Delhi (This was delivered to me through Voyager) the warranty will not be handled by them. I could not trace Voyager stores call centre on the web and hence this item is lying unrepaied with me.
