That"s true, alone you can not use it to back up wifi router. support good for computer load.Its been one month and i have called service person 4 times to resolve the complaints.Major drawback is that it doesn't sense small load, when i use it to back up my wifi router (9V- 0.6A = 5.4Watts) after 50 seconds it automatically get shut off. Service person came and tweak some changes, next time battery got short and again service person came after week time. he found PCB faulty so he took it and came back after a week time. Now again i am with problem that my wifi router is not supported.So basically out of 1 month i enjoyed only 7 days of its working.
