Great for sandwich lovers

The product looks good with a matte finish. This made some delicious Sandwiches so far. It has two lights for indicating the operating state: Red- For indicating the device is powered ON; Green- For indicating that the device is ready for making sandwiches or is making them, but it glows in Orange instead of Green. Once the Green light (Orange in fact) glows it makes the sandwiches in around 3 minutes. Manual says the application of butter on top and bottom sides of the bread is a must.Seems a bit overpriced, but it is great for sandwich lovers.

Using it from last 5 months and the product is worth buying if you like grill food with any combination. I have used it for grill bread, chicken n fish. Easy to clean and operate as well.

This one came in broken as you can see from the pics attached.Whats more interesting is that I am not the only one to have gotten this piece, scour through the reviews and you will see others have complained as well (see attached pic). There's no quality check happening at Amazon these days.

The first time I ordered this product it was good but the only defect was uneven heating so I had a replacement order put for the same. The second time when it came it was completely broken into pieces so this time I have put for refund. I have ordered lots of products in amazon but this would be my first experience of this kind. This was not expected.

1. its good (astick look)
2. quick heating
3. weight less easy to carry
cons:
1. this model has a straight grill , its not a triangular one.
2. the wire length is very very short for all these makers (plan for it)
