Recently I visited an authorised Dell service centre with my Dell Inspiron N4010 laptop, while checking the entire hardware part (as per their standard procedure) they told me the battery it has is not of good quality and is under performance even in the optimal condition. I would like to inform, I noticed this problem just after purchase of this product from Flipkart, and called customer care, but they told me the Battery I purchase is genuine and I trusted upon them. Now, since Dell service centre itself saying that battery quality is not good, I would like to know from Flipkart is there any thin line between Genuine and Original product ?? and same is happening with my newly bought Moto G 2nd Gen phone (OD201565076483934100)....Flipkart you loosing my trust !!!
