Superb one. Received one day early. Perfect package. No any damage at all. Using from 2 days in baking. Perfect results. Temperature is perfect as set. I must suggest for professional home bakers to go for this . received all things except recipe book.

Received the product just in one day without any damage. Till now I have used it for baking two birthday cakes and cakes have turned out to be perfect. Temperature setting is also perfect. I did not reduce the temperature 20 degrees as was told to the actual temp in the recipe and still the cakes didn't burn and was baked to perfection.On a single baking tray, two pans of 9 inch diameter can be placed together and baked. Two muffin pans of 12 muffin capacity each can be placed at one time. Two levels of cookies can be baked in one go.Overall a perfect sized oven for those looking to bake in large quantities. Just go ahead and buy it guys.

This oven is way too inaccurate with temperature. I tested the internal temperature after two of my cakes were burnt within 30 mins of baking. If you set the temperature at 150 degree Celsius, the actual temperature is almost 234 degree Celsius.To be double sure, I tested it again by setting it to 100 degree Celsius with the fan off, yet again the actual temperature was around 155 degree Celsius.

Have been having issues with the temperature settings. Called their service team twice in a matter of 3 weeks, but they haven't been able to fix it.
