The microwave has very good built quality, very easy to operate, serves the purpose well. Demonstration was good, awesome delivery by flipkart! If you are planning to buy a microwave oven , blindly trust IFB....coz it's the best!!

Straight and simple - stay away from this product. Tried baking cakes/muffin/breads etc. 5 minutes up and everything is burnt from the outside and raw from the inside. Tried calling the customer service of IFB. After numerous followups and escalations they sent an executive just to inform us the hardware is fine.. If the hardware is fine then how does a cake burns at just 170 degrees within 5 minutes when its supposed to get baked for 20-30minutes!! Does IFB follow a different convection mode than the others??? Not at all happy with the service of IFB. The sadder part is their service. The executive told us maybe the convection is for browning purpose only (since items turn BROWN/BURNT in few minutes) and we should use the Micro+Convec mode since that was working fine. Ridiculous! He even had the nerve to advise us to take cooking Class!!!
The Product was finally replaced after numerous followups on 10th April with another faulty product. The irony is that each time the defect is different in nature. The replaced product had a defective convection fan which made unbearable noise while in convection mode. Even the IFB technician who visited for product installation and demo agreed that the product had a manufacturing defect. The IFB executive after lot of arguments with the management informed us that the product will be replaced again with a specific instruction of not informing Flipkart. A week after, they called up stating they still working on our case!!!!
However we contacted Flipkart and returned the product and Flipkart processed the refund without any fuss.

Inside light not working from day one.

The inner light of the microwave is not working from day one. The matter was reported to the service centre and the guy who came told us that the bulb is fuse . He assured us that he will come back with the new bulb and replace it. But as of now more than 15 days have lapsed and he has not come back. He also assured us that when he will come to replace the bulb he will give us demo also on that day as he is not feeling well.So, I request you to please look into the said matter and do the needful at the earliest.RegardsAjay Bahl.
Quality product with excellent functionality

Chose this model due to the compact size, Its looks great and works like a charm. Good support from IFB too with the Demo and proper follow up. One thing is not mentioned is that if the Micro oven is on for 2 minutes or more the cooling fan remains on for about 3 minutes and then auto shuts off.

It's a great microwave. You'll not find anything like this fir this price. The only thing that wasn't good was the response of IFB for demo and installation. It took 8 days for them to come to my place for the demo. Using it from last few days and totally satisfied with it. Don't think twice, just go ahead and purchase it.
