Even though shipped through Amazon's own courier service, the product took 7 days to reach me in Bangalore, which was really annoying. Anyway, I assembled the handle of the baking tray, which is poorly designed with no space even for the small nut bolts to fit in. Then I switch it on only to realise that the appliance is not working. Ordered a replacement, which took 10 days this time. I guess they sent it on a bicycle!Before anything else, I just plugged it in to check if it's working. Yes, it was!So I assembled the unit. Same hassle again.However, the baking is not even. I tried baking pizza, half of which gets burnt and the other half remains undercooked. Tried another time, same outcome! Packed the product back. Raised a return request. Not ordering a Glen product again!

Performs well and easy to use. A temperature indicator or timer would have been useful. Right now it is just three settings, must learn by trial and error

I made chicken and veg tandoori starters, cake and amritsari kulcha, all came out very well. It just little bit difficult to clean its tray + size is also small. Glen have same kind to tandoor with bigger capacity. If you have family then go for that one and if ur single,this is perfect product.
