We received laptop within time frame.
The Seller (LTtechnology) did not supplied Dell Bag which is always free with Dell Laptop. However every time we purchased Dell laptop from Reseller provides some extra accessories like screen cleaner mouse and mouse pad but Dell Bag is almost free with laptop.
The DVD of antivirus does not get register on McAfee site so it is useless.
Product is good with i3 4th Gen processor 500 GB Hard disk and 4GB RAM.
It is of low cost so no Graphic card.... I do not have any issue with this because it is a budget laptop.
I will deduct 1 rating for Dell Bag and Antivirus CD else It is good.
Flipkart is always best service supplier among all online shopping web platform.

its a decent spec laptop.i got it arround 24500 with dell bag and mccaffe antivirus with 15 months product key.the market price of this laptop is around 27000rs.after using it i felt that laptop sound was too low and i also faced a touch pad issue with the laptop.i contacted the dell support they told me that the laptop has basic 2 watts speakers.and they tried to resolve my touch pad problem by updating the drivers.then also the problem was not resolved.as the laptop comes with accidental damage protection.dell customer care told that they will replace touch pad.but i am not willing to get my new laptop repaired so i ordered a replacement after 15 days of use and flipkart agreed for the replacement after 10 days of request.and they make hand to hand delivery.
with my new laptop i am happy with sound as well as there was no touch pad issue.i did not observe any lag in the laptop i have played some decent games like last remenant etc.

for flipkart and ws retailers 5/5
with this support really i become a fan of the flipkart.i also suggested so many of my friends.i request flipkart to extend therir service to remote areas also...

Im a Mechanical engineering student,well that describes I have to use high end design and analysis softwares like Creo,Proe, ansys Catia and this machine does the running of these smoothly, and cool aswell!
Im not an avid gamer, but As far as gaming is concerned, I Have been playing Assasins creed black flag at high settings with a very good gameplay and good responsiveness, This machine although, is not built for gaming! but the graphics processor does the game rendering very good!
The configuration is totally worth the price in which this is placed, The battery lasts long and doesnt need frequent plugging in! Decent speakers and a good display!
The machine looks sleek edgy and not with much of curves but definitely is an eyecatcher!
Build quality feels a bit fragile and plasticky but its nothing that cant be lived with,the price point just masks this off!
In a nutshell I have never had regrets buying this one. Its a great buy and totally recommended for day to day use!

Actually i thought to by same laptop with Windows version, earlier windows version cost only 32490/-
but when in about purchase this laptop suddenly page got refreshed and price was 37820/-
I don't whats wrong with flipkart IT people...So i need to go to this product..

Very good Battery backup Presently i am getting around 8-9 hours in seeing movies and working on excel ..
Very nice Gaming experience with 2gb of graphic card which Actually produce 161fps in 3dgraphic
and little bit hotter in left hand side of laptop after using the laptop more than 3hours
and good experience and
hap couple of things which i didn't really expected was need to replace my brand new laptop just in 48hrs due to motherboard problem ....that's why i am giving 3stars

and now i am planning to upgrade my ram to 8gb and buying the cooling pad for safety side...

I purchased this laptop through Flipkart. The order was placed on 26th January and the product was delivered on 29th January. Shipment was prompt and packing was great.
Its a great product for every use, documents spreadsheets power point presentations, browsing and for casual gaming. However the speaker volume is very low and I have to use my headphones to get decent sound when playing music.
Runs cool and doesn't heat up like my other laptop a Lenovo E430 which has excessive heating issue. The 2 GB graphics card is great and I was able to play Mass Effect 2 at maximum settings without any issues.
The only thing I wish was for Dell to provide DVD for all drivers. I had to download all the Windows drivers from Dell website and that takes quite some time.

Only thing that disappointed me was FLIPKART'S DELIVERY which is WORST(in my cases it took 10days and remember i live in metro city)
