Seasoning Your Iron Kadhai To season your pure iron Wok kadhai follow instructions provided with the item. Repeat the process from time to time to maintain a strong non-stick seasoning. Note - Only genuine NPCPL kadhai has proprietary instructions attached which ensure authentic seasoning. Seasoning process takes about 30 minutes. After seasoning and using kadhai always wash with mild soap and non-abrasive pad. Always invert and dry immediately with cloth. Next put on gas stove for 5 minutes to vaporise water.
