After reading all the feedback i bought this product but i am a bit disappointed.Firstly after using for 3 months i realised the chutney (smallest) jar does not grind properly.When i try to friend tomato it leaves some lump.Same with tomato and garlic small pieces of garlic remains while grinding chutney.Secondly the middle jar has started to rust just above the black base..when i look i can see some rust.I dont know what to do ? Its just been three months should i ask for an exchange for the jar?? Please help
Just the noise is loud.... performance wise it's good for its job... good product.... and good quality vessels.After using hardly for more then a month.... I noticed that there was smoke coming from the motor.... while using the big jar.... I stay alone... so normally use the small jar... but was worried after looking at this scene... just not understanding what happened...Thinking what to do in this case...
Bought this mixer in 2015 after reading all the positive feedback.Its an okay product and produces a very loud noise each time u turn it on. I sometimes get a headache due to it. I wish I dint purchase it. Recently it has started to make a weird noise and once little smoke came out while blending. My advice would be to seek out other better options out there
