Worst experience with Flipkart and Philips India

After using it for 2 months here is my review.
Mixer is powerful and does the job easily without tripping/ shut off due to heavy load because of powerful motor.
The chutney jar has developed hairline cracks and leaking because it is made from substandard steel.
When I called Philips India they refused to cover jar under warranty and asked me to pay for it. I gave Flipkart a call hoping they would find a solution because their webpage didn't mention warranty coverage in detail. Philips India Cust. Care told me to purchase it from authorised dealer in future and to stay away from FK because Philips India have already intimated dealers that jars were not covered under warranty which FK failed to mention. Numerous calls to both Philips and FK didn't help me
Now I'm at the receiving end and will have to get it replaced from service center after paying from my pocket.
Jars are of very bad quality, they are break just after 3 months- Bad product - May be not Original

I have placed the order for Philips HL 7720 mixer grinder on 1st June 2014. And I have received a demo piece that was clearly visible. Spoke to Flipkart and got that replaced and I was told sorry about it. FK said that it will do a QC of every product it delivers to the customers and they are not sure how it missed their eye.
The product that got replaced was in a good condition and looked new. But this time to my surprise, the locking mechanism in the mixer grinder was not working at all. I called up Flipkart and told the same to which FK wanted to do a refund. When asked about the QC of products they carry out, they just apologised saying sorry and that it will not repeat next time.
And all this process took about 20 days literally with which I got pissed off as I don't have a mixer grinder at home.
Flipkart is an excellent in India that people have started liking because of their swift delivery, refunds, good quality products, wide range. But I'm not sure why this transaction has screwed up big time that I never experienced before. Same is the case with WS Retail vendor. I have ordered many products before and the experience was never like this.
Should we think FK is not concentrating on QC of products being ordered because of the millions of requests that it is handling now?

Good product...gt it frm flipkart...and have been usingbfor past 2 years without any problem....if anyone is looking for a heavy duty mixer grinder then it is the best buy...as i have used this to mix my ingredients for baking a cake...and it was done with ease...and no overloading
