Iam loving gadgets off headphone. sony xb90ex & audio technica 77x in my hand then buy e80. soundmagic e80 provides very sweet sound voice like ba driver.treble is good but bass to low but subass very nice. only poor things impedance kill my sony s-series player battery just 4 hours.

It's been a couple of weeks, and the sound is true. I graduated from the E10s, and this is just light years ahead. And i thought E10s was among the best. Wait till you buy this one.
I'd say Rs. 4,500 might be a bit overpriced considering SoundMagic makes budget earphones. But it's worth the stretch for the E80c. If you can bag it for Rs3,500-4000, that would be a bargain.
Also, they've got rid of the A/B switch, which is a relief.
**UPDATE - The comply tips are just astounding. The sheer perfect bass. The only downside is that the treble is a bit underplayed when you use the tips.
If you don''t use Comply premium tips then the treble is a bit higher and livelier and the bass is crisp, to the point. I kept switching between the regular tips and Comply for quite a number of days to see which sound i liked better. And settled with Comply.
Overall sound is just 9.9/10. Nothing could make this better. The E80c are almost perfect.
Definitely worth the buy, and maybe i'd buy them again if i needed another pair.
Best below 5k if you need high resistance

If you've a music player with a dedicated dac or a cellphone targeted at the audiophiles like the G6/V20/V30+ - get this one. The sound signature is not bass heavy but just about right.

the first time round the product I received was a used product, was missing some accessories which was a little disappointing, requested a replacement and the replacement was promptly delivered. Now about the product itself, first thing you need to know is if you don't have good DAC in your phone you can't use these to their full potential and they're gonna sound very dim since the impedance is a high-ish 61 OHM, some examples of phones with good DACs are LG(best recommended) V10, V20, V30, G6 ; Samsung galaxy s8, s9, note 8, note 9; Lenovo Vibe X3 and any other phone that advertises it's DAC, for others, you'll need an external amplifier, so once paired with the right phone or an amplifier, these earphones really come to life, the sound stage is good, the volume is tremendous, the bass is not very punchy but the bass response is pretty good and deep enough, the clarity of the treble and the mids are excellent! though a little biased towards bass these earphones are as clear as it gets without sibilance. if you can pick these earphones for 3500 or lesser, you'll be very very happy. They also come with comply memory foam ear tips, which are extremely comfortable.
