Delivery prompt ...with in one dayBut after 10 days of usage the circuit board of the cooler gone..When there is no power up and downs and my house equipped with MCB.Luckily the service is prompt in Hyderabad and new circuit board is fixed with in two days. But this circuit board stopped showing temperature..which is anyway adds no additional value, Hence I did not try to call the service guys again.PROS...Nice looks...looks good in your hall.CONS..(1) Cooling is not so good...as all the extra mosquito nets making the air cooler to breathe less air (ventilation)into it. Kept the cooler at the window to give proper ventilation. Also added ICE to the water.But it never gave the cooling I wanted.My other simple desert cooler (half the price of this cooler) without all these extra features gives chilling coolness.That cooler has 3 big cooling pads attached to three removable doors (don't want to mention the name as it soundsthat I am the salesman of the company).(2) Water inlet is not convenient to pour water. Definitely need a water tube. Otherwise you have to pourwater from ICE CUBE box on the top. Not so convenient.Bottom line...with the price..you get a show case item with many features but not the COOLING YOU WANTED.So decision is yours..

Havells freddo i is an excellent cooler. I purchased it form a local market. It has a very good build quality very less sound and excellent cooling. I don't know why people are giving bad reviews about this cooler which is actually not true according to me. It has a digital temperature meter which shows room temperature which is actually working perfectly, fan blades are made of aluminium which is great. Water tank(70 liters) empty alarm, it automatically turn off the water pump if there is not water in the tank. Auto swing and thick size honeycomb pads for efficient cooling. It has auto timer as well which means it will turn off as per your schedule. Believe me you cannot get better cooling than this in this segment and class of coolers. It will make you think, How can a cooler cool like this? It has amazing cooling and castor wheels are very comfortable to move this cooler here and there. Looks are great and very strong build quality, I again repeat very strong build quality. Believe me you will not regret your purchase and one more thing to add don't go on fake reviews and keep trust on the brand. Havells is Havells we all know always the best. Give proper ventilation in the room for optimum cooling.Moreover if by chance somebody is facing a problem then it comes with 1 year brand warranty.
