Fast fan, looks good, but missing little parts lowered the rating.

The fan itself is really fast and does spread the air around quite a bit, but they expect you to use jugaad to get things done. There's a nice connector fitted with the capacitor clamp that was missing a couple of screws, so both wires had to be twisted and put in the same side of the connector. It's a shame they take it for granted the actual buyer wouldn't normally notice this - I only noticed when I asked the electrician why he was shoving them both in the same side instead of doing a proper job.Quality control is something we really need to get on board with in this country - I'd have expected more from a company like Havells.

ball bearing is complaint............it produces sound on working,,,,package was not fine ,looks as if returned product....so i booked return on 19 th oct .....no updation yet

Received the pack in poor and wet condition. Inside the box there was no hanger assembly. How do I hang it on the ceiling???
