Pretty good buy if you are looking for a reasonably priced Plasma TV

I wasn't really looking to buy a 3D TV but there seemed to be no currently available option in a Full HD, plasma category which /does not/ have 3D ...so I settled on this model and I'm pretty happy.
Pros:
- Very good picture quality
- Nice sound
- Nice interface
Cons:
- No packaged 3D glasses (unlike LG, for instance)
- Remote is a bit clunky (however, buttons on the remote are nicely spaced, large and not too confusing, so good for people with bad eyesight or are a bit tech. challenged)

I have bought it from flipkart like 5 months back but I got time to put up a review now. The offer at my time was different. But I should tell you about the TV first. My ratings are considering price and features.
Practical Experience
1. I am from Jabalpur so I got it delivered in gurgaon first then my friend sent it through courier for 3000-4000 Rs
2. You will have to call either Panasonic or Flipkart to send local Panasonic service center guys for warranty and installation. It doesn't happen automatically or locally, the order comes from panasonic to thses guys, but after that whole procedure is fast and simple.
3. In my case I had to call flipkart number of times to dispatch after payment
4. Offers keep changing with different lots, I got four 3d glasses and a Home theater with this TV as it was under offer that time, so ya its problem now but not in my case.
Pros
1. Plays all format incl. mkv and supports my 1 TB hard disk
2. Good 2d-3d, I love it while seeing a football/cricket match.
3. If you are not putting a led next to it you will definitely have no regrets over contrast, as clarity is same
4. Awesome clarity with adjustable 3d depth both "+" and "-".
5. HD channels like colors-HD, Star-HD looked awesome on it.
6. Sound is good
Cons
1. No 5.1 output, hence I have to run the 5.1 movies on my laptop for audio (attached to my home theater) and get video output on TV via HDMI. But you can always watch it in Stereo-surround mode, so you will get left-right effect on home theater but you won't get front-rear effect.
2. Sometimes doesn't read files of format which usually run. But you can always convert it
3. External device is required to connect to wi-fi
