I have bought this AC from Chroma. The AC has a very noisy operation and would not allow you to sleep peacefully at all. I wanted a Voltas AC as i own 3 Voltas ACs before this one andd trust me this is the worst of the lot

Worst service by Flipkart. Sent the product with a defective remote. I called them over 100 times to get the same fixed or replaced. Customer care was totally unresponsive, had a standard answer - we will arrange for a call back from our backend team within 48 hours. Never got a call back! After almost 1 month of stressful dealing with them, they agreed to take the product back and refund the money. Worst experience ever, wont buy anything from Flipkart henceforth!

Got it delivered by Amazon before the scheduled delivery.This review is based on 2 month usage of this product.Now, coming on to the air conditioner-1. Looks - Looks good.2. Cooling- Cools the room in about 10-15 min. Gets too cool if used more than hour and then you have to close it.4. Noise - Noise levels a little higher than it should have been. But it is not irritating.The problem with my AC is that the glass vibrates frequently when I use it, but I don't consider this AC's noise.5. Remote - Remote does not have a option to show the actual time. Hence the timer to set on & off is only in multiple of 1 hour.6. Price - I got it for Rs. 20200 from Amazon, while i could have got it for Rs 20000 from a local dealer. But that would have been exclusive of transportation charges.7. Installation - The installation mechanic came the very next day of delivery to install it and too Rs 500.Overall, for me this a value for money deal and i am happy with the service and the product.
