I was delivered with wrong and basic model(2 yrs old model), when I asked for the replacement for the original product, after 10 days Flipkart said its not possible to replace and said we will refund the money after an investigation. its been a week now and nothing happened. My whole family got sick for the 2nd time because of the water problem and my money is stuck with Flipkart. Really bad service.

As of now it is quite early to rate. However, the product looks premium. The installation was very prompt it was me who was delaying it. The service center followed quite a number of times. The taste of water is different from the previous one however it feels really light. It has enhanced the look and feel of our kitchen. The technician will provide pre-filter free of cost. One thing that is not mentioned this company also provides warranty for membrane. The user manual is hidden and is taped on the side of the box. It has good amount of necessary info. As of now it looks great will update after few months. Also the company people are very helpful the customer carw does not have much info but they will arrange a call.

It's been more than 3 weeks since I have been using this water purifier and all is fine. On receiving the product, I called the Midea customer care, who sent their technician the next day. However, at the time of installation, the technician said that the pre filter unit is out of stock and that he will install once it arrives. As promised, the technician came on the 4th day to install the pre filter which is free of cost. Now, it's been 3 weeks since I have been using this purifier. It's working fine, and the water taste is good. I recommed this purifier.

After so many comparisons and research, I short listed midea water purifier and feeling satisfied after buying it. Today, you can find many ROs with good looks and qualities, but that will cost more than 15k. There are very few goos options in the range of 10 to 12K. I luckily found this on amazon, though Midea is trying promoting their RO with copper tank which is for approx 13-14k; I bought the plastic tank version for 11900 and can definetly comment about its features.Pros:1. You can keep it on the platform, if you don’t want any drilling on your kitchen tiles.2. It is very compact, yet good looking in style.3. It has good build quality with premium looks.4. You can keep a 1 ltr size bottle easily under its tap.5. Water quality is at the best, you could easily taste the difference very easily.6. Installation and customer service was quick and impressive.Cons:You might think it weird, but so far I do not see any issues which I can mention. Possibly, I might comment on this after using it for a while.
