Its just one month am using it,and seriously its not worth it at all. The only main part in this is UF membrane,if it gets clogged the purifier stops. In just 2 months I have to change the UF membrane twice. The water in my area is not at all bad its a crystal clear water no visible impurity. But still the uf membrane gets blocked in 3-4 days and have to clean in alternate days, while the manual says you have to clean the membrane once a month. Cleaning the membrane alternate days is a tough task as it takes time. First I thought it must have been a normal problem and wont happen with other uf membrane. But same happened with other also. And the customer support is the worst, seriously the worst. And one thing I couldnt understand they are giving one year warranty and then they mention warranty isnt applicable on carbon coal,sediment filter, uf membrane(it is covered for six months), and the plastic container. Then on what it is applicable please anyone from kent can you explain me? I havent used other brands like pure it and aqua sure but I guess they will be far better from this garbage. Trust me dont go for it or any kent gravity purifier, since they all have uf membrane as their main component.

I wanted a normal water purifier for my home. Normally in cities water that is supplied has large quantities of chlorine. I checked across and ordered Kent Gold+ via Flipkart. This was my first order from FK and they sent me the Kent Gold. It took some time for the correct product to reach me. Coming to the product, it is basic water purifier with active carbon filtering and membrane filtering. Its very good for the areas where water is supplied from Municipal Corporations. To an extent its better using this than boiling. The areas where the water is hard or water comes from deep boring wells, it wont help. I found it very useful and the taste of the water has changed. I guess the removal of chlorine did this. Thanks!!
