I have brought this product with so much expectation as I am using Hindware Chimney. Product was delivered in time but have been waiting for installation since last 8 days.
Product Delivered :- 10th Aug
1st Installation Date :- 13th Aug
2nd Installation Date :- 16th Aug
3rd Installation Date:-18th Aug
4th one again communicated after 48 hours again today.
Flipkart care has been extending dates for installation . I don't know why it is taking such long time for installation. This is pathetic.
I have given enough time to get the product installed and as it is not happening , I am returning the product . I will take something else like Kent , Aqua Guard etc from other company or site where the service is established.
Sorry Flipkart had a horrible experience for the first time with you all.

After my earlier message Installation was done. As the water quality is in expected line so I am updating the rating to 3 but not more as installation timing was really horrible . Both Flipkart and Hindware needs to take care of this aspect in future.

Flipkart was good at delivery. Installation from service engineer was not at all good. Service engineer did not gave demo and left. once procedure was completed , we noticed that water is leaking from bottom of the purifier. I made a complaint and he came and tightened some tubes which were leaking. Now, from RO outlet water is continusly dripping even i have switched off purifier from last 8 hours. I had again raised a complaint. Now I am feeling like I have a made a mistake and purchased Hindware purifier. Beware potential buyers. Better go with different companies but not with hindware.

please comment i have a problem with this purifier even though the tank is full still after interval of 5 min this purifier keeps on disposing water from drain pipe(BLUE IN COLOUR) I don't know is there any issue with the purifier or it is just a feature or something plz comment if anyone is facing the same problem or if this thing is happening with everyone i want satisfaction...plz plz plz comment
