1. Toaster works ok- 4 days. 2. GUARNTEE is for 2 years. . But toaster was supplied with a BLANK guarantee card, which requires details to be filled in by dealer and dealer's stamp. .SO HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE AND REGISTER MY CARD WITH BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD.? HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GUARANTEE? Amazon.,in should give proper directions to DEALER AND MANUFACTURER to solve this problem, and also advise buyers.

Very useless product for company like Bajaj poor service by Amazon.We got this toster on 15th March, it is very poor quality product probably a Chines one and within a month it stopped working.When contacted Amazon they said to contact Bajaj company ..... Bajaj people told we can't replace it even if had 2 years warranty as its was purchased from Amazon and not from them directly.Don't understand why company like Bajaj is making such useless product and spoiling there name.

Don't commit the mistake of buying this product. It's a cheap made in china prosuct. Seems like.it s made of this tin and is very poor in quality.Even on setting the heating setting at the lowest level the bread gets burnt from one side and the body of the toaster gets super hot.I returned this product and would not recommend it to anyone.
Pathetic temprature control.

On the first try i let the toaster at 3 and started it empty. On the second try I put the slices in and set temprature at 2 and i got charcoal black slices after the auto pop. On the third try i set the temp to 1 and i still got charcoal black slices. Again my procrastination made me miss the return date and now I am stuck with a toaster that i need to switch off manually. Need to take it to a bajaj service centre now to get it checked. But come on, what is the quality OK sticker good for if its not good fresh out of the box

The product is good. More than the product I really liked the service support offered by Bajaj. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, a complaint was booked. The mechanic visited my home within 2 days and explained the product features, clearing my doubts. I apologised for having made him come unnecessarily but he replied that it was his duty and that explaining this feature in person was the best way to clear the misunderstanding. After he left, their were three follow-up calls to ensure that my problem had been solved. Hats off to Bajaj for their after sales service and support. Having seen their support network and its efficiency I have no hesitation in recommending any Bajaj product, including this one, which works perfectly.
