The green light which is supposed to be lit after the toasting process has finished does not work in my product. Maybe due to to some internal fault or the packaging being awfully bad. The seller or amazon or maybe both should work on packaging.The product does its work quite efficiently and looks good. USHA has always been a good appliance company. Unfortunately the product is imported and made in china instead of Kolkata. Had I known this earlier I certainly would have looked for other product that was Made in India.

I have been using this model of Usha's Sandwich maker for last six years and must say it is an excellent product.It makes very crispy sandwiches with very less butter .The only drawback is thought that the cord length is a bit short other than that an excellent product I would say .
