Heating also takes a lot of time .Overall the experience gets dampened because of the excessive time consumed by the machine.The machine also produces a lot of smoke . The plates do not grill evenly. The lower side of the bread generally remains plain and not grilled as expected.

Light indicators dont seem to work in mine but thats not a big deal...
Just one problem, it is a bit slow in the process that its supposed to carry out and
you will need to buy a converter costing Rs.25 to 30 because the plug wont fit in the indian sockets !! (its not round, its rectangular type and very huge)

Looks and features looked amazing on paper, and they are in reality too. But when actually used it, the 2 interchangeable plates (Grilling and Sandwich plates) don't really make that much of a difference to me. Its my problem though, did not know my own requirements clearly. Because of that, spent more money in buying something that I did not actually need.
The flexibility of changing plates is very useful.
