Worst experience ever - DEFECTIVE product

Ok, ill come straight to the point. They have sold a defective product.2 major issues:1) The fridge is constantly making a 'whistle' sound. Its only 2 months old.2) It doesn't COOL. whats the point of a fridge if it's not cooling. Its more like a heater.Minor issue :1) The inside door came without a shelf for keeping bottles. Why would a fridge come without this ? How do we store our bottles ?Overall, this is a defective product or a used item for sure.Looking forward to a REFUND from the seller.

This rating is about flipkart's service in delivering this product and not about this product itself. I received this
refrigerator soon after ordering. The person who came to install after two days was not sure how to open the
box without cutting it on a side. He eventually had to do that. The refrigerator turned out to be faulty - it wouldn't'
cool. So I complained and a technician came to visit. He found that the compressor was faulty. He wrote a
report stating that and I kept a copy of that. A day later, under the orders section, came the notification that
the problem has been resolved. After that I complained several times. Eventually after a week, eKart people
came to pick it up. They saw that the packet was cut and then they refused to pick it up. After that I made
several more times. Finally pickup was arranged. Again the pickup people came without any equipment to
seal the packaging. They saw the box damaged and again showed reluctance to pick it up. Finally after
much pleading and after I supplied them packing tapes etc, they picked it and I received my refund. Took
almost three weeks in the process.
