Theres not much to write about refrigerators. Just writing a few points which might be useful.Bottle-rack . Big enough to hold 2.2 ltr bottlesNo “chiller” shelf as this has door cooling feature. But obviously we all used it for storing milk packets. Thats missing now.Shelves are nicely planted and strong, but height not adjustable.Ice tray has very small slots and its quite a struggle pulling it out for refill. Gets stuck/frozen.But one thing. Never buy large appliances from amazon. Every time i bought one, i either got a damaged piece or a used/previously opened one. This one had a dent too. But got fed up of ordering and returning, so decided to keep it.Bottomline:Go for LG for THE BEST after sales service.Go and buy at a store if u want a new/unused/undamaged product.

Satisfied with the delivery of product, kudos to Amazon.Product itself is good,cooling is faster that I imagined. There is plenty of space for a family of around 4 people.I just miss the lower bottle holder tray on the door. This one has only one tray on door rather than having two.

I recieved a damaged product. Return process took almost a week that too after lot of follow-ups. Till the time it gets picked up, you need to keep the item along with box properly. The person who comes for installation, does not re-pack if it's damaged. so need to keep box as well as item properly till it's get picked so it's very frustrating..
