I am writing this review form my Hyve Prime phone. Great features and future ready. Premium feel and smooth operating. However, there are no accessories available for this phone. Charger is pathetic and phone gets discharged soon by its own charger. Duplicate charger worked better, ahich I assembled by using an LG plugin unit and a new 'C' cable. No screen guard, no scratch guard, no cover available. Phones edges are sharp. Phone is bit heavy as well, probably due to metal body. But performance is very good.

While I read reviews and people say nonsense about products, I thought, how can people lie sohard just because they are associates of different other companies. But today, I feel the urgency to reveal the dippest truth about this so called company named "Hyve" and its premier mobile phone "Hyve Pryme"!I was in dire need of a mobile phone in the month of december last year. Immediately I saw this phone's advertisement in Delhi metro. I searched it and saw its wonderful specifications. I was so amazed that I decided to buy it as soon as it is launched.Months later, I realised the greatest ever mistake I did in my life by purchasing the phone. Below are the grievances:Firstly, its screen size is 5.7 and with its stupid design, its almost impossible to find tampered glass even in the country's capital i.e. DELHISecondly, the charger stopped working and for that I had to change it twice. On the third time, when I went to change the charger of my own, I was shocked to find that this company don't even have its own room. It has no sign boards that say that here is its own manufacturing unit.p.s. you don't find hyve mobility's showroom on google maps. Search for "4 Genius Minds" in delhi thats where you can find them.Thirdly, with just a little shock, the screen broke and now its impossible to change it from anywhere else because this company is so new that no other market has even heard of it.Fourthly, you can't exchange this item for other phones if you wish to exchange it with the EMEI function given on e-commerce sites. Reason being a new company again.Fifthly, the camera lenses bulges out and thats the reason with just my regular usage, the lenses broke too. Now only my front camera works and that too has very poor pixels because I believed its 8MP Front camera would be very excellent but that too was a utopia. I wish I'd bought Redmi Note 4.Sixtly, have a look at the left border of the phone. That too has come out because the frame provided was soooo poooorrrr!!!!!!!Seventhly, battery backup is very very poor since you can also see that I'm also using charger at the same time. Battery drains too fast!Eightly, even if this phone has 4GB RAM, stock android and all other bullshit, this phone hangs very often. I realised it with my regular usage.Ninth most importantly, I bought it for 18,000/- INR, and just within six months, price dropped to 9,000/- INR. Now I can't even resell it because the price has dropped too steeply.And tenth reason being the customer care's no is now not even reachable. I'd one personal no and that too doesn't pick up calls now. I'm going to visit their shop soon and ask them to do the full servicing and immediately later I'd post this product on OLX for any price I can get!

this is the worst ever phone I have purchased, a big mistakeIt is a pain to see that(A) THE BATTERY DRAINS VERY FAST(B) THE SYSTEM RESTARTS AUTOMATICALLY OR HANGS VERY OFTEN NOW THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD AND DOES NOT BOOT EVEN. ALL THIS HAPPENED IN A VERY SHORT TIME BETWEEN JULY AND DECEMBER 2017.THE PATHETIC PART IS THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT REACHABLE, NO SERVICE CENTRE IN CHENNAI, THOUGH THE PRODUCT BOASTS A TWO YEAR WARRANTY! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!NO REPLY TO THE EMAILS TO THE SELLER SINCE THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSEDNO FURTHER ACTION FROM AMAZON ALSO TO RESOLVE THIS GENUINE PROBLEM OF THE CUSTOMER, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT :-((

I bought this phone on 5th of July and it stopped working from September. I searched for a service center since it shows 2 years of warranty but to no avail. The service center contact number and email id available for this phone is not working now. I brought it to a local service center, they said both of it's battery and charging pin have problems and should be replaced. But these items are not available locally and now the phone is like a brick in my hand.
