The phone looked and worked good for the first few days. After that it has been giving lots of trouble. It goes off and restarts by itself every few hours. Speaker quality is very very poor. The person on the other end can't hear me well either. It's very frustrating because we only keep trying to hear each other. Then I end up using someone else's phone to make calls. The exchange option was also over after ten days. This phone is not worth buying even for free. Waste of my money.

Product is not same as shown in the imageBack side of product is completely different.As per images - the camera is in middle whereas on actual device, the camera is on left top corner.Speaker shown in bottom of the phone whereason device it is in right top corner.On image the brand name karbonn written vertically in center of back side whereas on device it is in horizontal below the camera & speaker.Dual sim phone but it doesn't not asking thru which sim i want to make a call neither showing thru which sim the call is going.

Bad phone, bought it three weeks back for the key pad feature, but its useless. Sometimes the calls won't go, other times u cannot hear anything. Even the speakers are pathetic for calling even when it works. Don't buy.

Phone inst working. When I received the phone the battery was already swollen up. The phone was bought in 05/2017 and the manufacture date of the phone on the box is 08/2016. However, the battery has a manufacture date of 12/2015. How is this possible, please replace the phone urgently as it is not working. The screen is flickering and the phone is not turning on now.Please replace or refund the box is ready with the phone.Very bad service and phone from Karbonn.
Dont buy it, hangs a lot , slow processing phone.
