First the person who came to give installation demo DID NOT KNOW himself MUCH about the product and its features. From very beginning; on cooking; there is a lot of vapour collected inside and condensed so much so that on opening the door after cooking water flows out like anything. The door should be air tight but the water gets collected even between door and chamber surface as also on the door.Installation & demo person said he would send expert engineer to solve the issue but nobody came. After a repeated complaint of 1 month second expert came. He admitted that there is some manufacturing defect somewhere but FAILED to understand the cause or correct the problem. He left with promise to come back soon with a remedy after cosulting the higher ups in tha Panasonic company but even after more than three months from purchase nobody has come. The problem remains as such.They are neither repairing nor replacing it !Over last 20 years of use of similar product from other brands we never experienced such a problem !!But the engineer was first even trying to tell us that we don't know how to cook in a mw oven !!:-(DON'T GO FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER PANASONIC PRODUCT !:-( :-( :-(
